Sharing the Realities of Leadership at the Strategic Level with the Irish Defence Force students who were spending 5 weeks studying Battalion level tactics and operations, in terms of planning and executing in a logistical role and also the management of troops. A battalion has roughly 440 people and is broken into 4 Company’s, which have roughly 144 people each .  The students will be going on to become a Company Sergeant on promotion, which is like the right hand person in the company for the commanding officer and the troops.
